Refund policy

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations (as deliveries immediately enter our shipping process). As potatoes are a perishable product, we do not accept returns except in the event of a faulty product being received, or issues with the delivery itself.

If your order has not arrived, or you have received a delivery which is defective, please email us at info@thevegshed.co.uk with your order number and an attached photo if applicable, and we’ll be more than happy to help.
